200 ml milk
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp sugar
1. Peel the carrot and wrap it with plastic wrap, then microwave it for 5 minutes.
2. After microwaving, remove the plastic wrap and cut the carrot into pieces about 2 cm thick, then put the pieces in a blender.
3. Add the milk, salt, and sugar, and blend.
4. Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle with olive oil and chopped parsley.
5. Serve and enjoy your healthy carrot soup!
