How to Make Flavourful Tofu Salad with Tomato & Avocado

Ingredients:

300g to 350g tofu (preferably silken tofu)
1/2 tomato
1/2 avocado
lemon juice
2 pinches salt

for dressing:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
ground black pepper, to taste

Procedure:

1. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together. Cut the tomato and avocado into 5mm cubes. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice.
2. Scoop tofu onto a serving plate and sprinkle with salt.
3. Arrange the tomato and avocado on the plate as well. Pour the dressing over top and sprinkle with ground pepper.
